Returns Policy
At Elegant Engraving, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your non-customised product, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Please note that we do not accept returns for customised products. Once a product has been customised, it cannot be returned for a refund. This includes all custom engraved designs, logos, and personalised messages.
If you need to return a non-customised product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@elegant-engraving.com to request a return.
- Ship the product back to us in its original packaging.
- Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product (excluding delivery costs).
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for the full value of the product.
