1. What materials can you engrave on? Answer: We can engrave on wood, leather, metal, and acrylic.

2. Can I provide my own design or logo? Answer: Yes! We can engrave custom designs or logos on your chosen material.

3. What is the maximum size of the engraving? Answer: Our maximum engraving size is 26 inches x 90 inches - 600mm x 2200mm.

4. How long does it take to complete an engraving project? Answer: The time it takes to complete an engraving project can vary depending on the complexity of the design and the material being engraved. Generally, we aim to complete projects within 3 days.

5. Do you offer expedited shipping? Answer: Yes, we offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.

6. What payment methods do you accept? Answer: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

7. How do I care for my engraved piece? Answer: We recommend cleaning your engraved piece with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the engraving.

8. Can I make changes to my design after it has been submitted? Answer: We may be able to make minor changes to your design before engraving, but once sent to production, we cannot make any changes.

9. What is your returns policy? Answer: We offer a 30-day return policy for all non customised products. If you have opted for customisation and we cannot restock/resell, then we unfortunately cannot offer a refund on that product.  If you have any questions, please make sure you contact us prior to ordering.

10. Do you offer bulk discounts? Answer: Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. Please contact us for more information on pricing and customization options.
